Problem of italkbb's Voicemail Feature

Has anyone else been experiencing new problems with iTalkBB voice mail feature?

I got feedback from users who have tried it. The problem seems occur when they attempted to deactivate it. Ever since that moment some of their incoming calls are automatically diverted to an English accented recording stating that their telephone is either powered OFF or not accepting calls. Incoming calls from many cell phones are unaffected, but it seems calls coming from corporate telephones are diverted.

Well, if you haven't activate this feature, it might be a good idea not to activate. And if you already activated it, be careful not to deactivate so fast until they fix the problems.
